Discussion paper for the side-event on the margins of the 2024 OSCE Annual Security Review Conference
On the margins of the 2024 OSCE Annual Security Review Conference, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Poland to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, together with the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the International Organizations in Vienna, organized a discussion on the current state of the Russian aggression. For this meeting, a food-for-thought paper was prepared jointly by Dr Daniel Szeligowski (Polish Institute of International Affairs) and Mykola Bielieskov (National Institute for Strategic Studies, Senior analyst at Come Back Alive Charity).
