Head of Central Europe Programme, as well as analyst on Western Balkans and EU Enlargement. He worked as a Balkan desk officer for the Ministry of Interior and Administration and as an intern at the Department of Political Affairs at the UN HQ in New York. He graduated with MA in European Studies from Doğuş University in Istanbul and from Maastricht University. He also holds degrees from the University of Warsaw in European Integration and in Slavic Studies. Except for his native Polish and Ruthenian, he speaks English, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Slovak and Ukrainian, as well as French, German, Macedonian and Turkish.
