PISM Strategic Ark 2026

23.03.2026

Preparing for Wars to Come. This is the motto of the fifth instalment of PISM Strategic Ark conference focusing on the future of conflicts. The best experts, strategists and key decision makers will try to answer how and when will the community of democracies have to face the new reality of a constant threat of conflict – kinetic and hybrid. What tools should we be using to strengthen our resilience, foolproof our deterrence, and build enough defence capabilities for our political, social and economic systems to withstand the coming attack of hostile state and non-state actors?

As Russia continues to escalate its war against Ukraine and uses newer and more impudent means of conducting hybrid warfare, other malicious actors learn from these examples, waiting for the right moment to act.

With such grave danger in sight, the best strategist must make an effort to analyse the contemporary political and economic landscapes, moving forward with only the best and boldest recommendations. PISM Strategic Ark was brought to life with the sole purpose of facilitating these discussions by showing our decision makers the way forward – a strategy for fighting back.

The Strategic Ark Conference is under the honorary patronage of the Prime Minister.
