How can the EU support Ukraine most effectively?

 

Ukraine relies on the EU and its members to support its war-ravaged state budget. EU’s support is crucial for its continued fight against Russia, and the ongoing wartime reconstruction - whether it’s through direct budget contributions, loans, or participation in defence programmes. This event will discuss and critically assess the current level of EU support dedicated to Ukraine’s – and discuss how it can be delivered most effectively in the future.
