Justyna Szczudlik autorką tekstu o chińskich inwestycjach w Polsce w raporcie pt. Chinese Investment in Europe. A Country-Level Approach wydanym przez sieć europejskich think-tanków poświęconą Chinom (The European Think-tank Network on China, ETNC). Jest to trzeci raport ETNC. Redaktorami publikacji są: John Seaman (Ifri), Mikko Huotari (MERICS), Miguel Otero-Iglesias (Elcano).

Pomysłodawcami ETNC były dwa think tanki: Elcano Royal Institute i the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri). Działalność sieci zainaugurowano 6 listopada 2014 na pierwszym spotkaniu w Brukseli.
