Analyst on France in Weimar Triangle Programme. His research focuses on external and internal policy of France with special regard to ideological and generational transformations on the French political arena, France’s security interests on NATO’s southern and eastern flank as well as to French approach to the future of European integration. Łukasz holds Ph.D. Degree in Humanities (French Literature and History of Ideas) and M.A. Degrees in Law and French Studies. From 2011 to 2019 he was working as a research assistant at the Catholic University of Lublin. Then he moved to the Polish MFA where he passed the Foreign Service Exam (2020). Languages: French, Italian, English, Russian.
