Rafał Tarnogórski is an analyst specialising in public international law at the Polish Institute of International Affairs since 2000. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. In 2002-2012 he was a managing editor of the "Polish Diplomatic Review". From 2016 he is a member of the editorial board of the renewed PPD. In 2008, served as an advisor to the Polish delegation at the 63rd session of the UN General Assembly. In 2010-2013 had been representing PISM in the Commission on International Humanitarian Law. Since 2016 he is a duty editor of "Bulletin PISM”. He speaks English and Russian. Co-edited the book THE CASE OF CRIMEA`S ANNEXATION UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW, Scholar, Warsaw 2017.
